Traditional House Plans

Builders Plan Mart's Traditional style is a blend of architectural styles including Tudor, Arts and Crafts, Texas and Southern. It usually has soaring ceilings, art niches and angled walls. Characterized by its two-story stucco or brick exterior walls, these homes are typical in North Dallas and Plano neighborhoods.

Traditional styles evolved from the 1990's to the present day, and are still very popular today. It is an example of vernacular architecture in North Texas.
