Terms of Use

Client will be responsible for, and shall verify, all information on the house plans prior to construction of project. Client shall notify Builders Plan Mart of any variations of information shown on the floorplans before permits are issued. Builders Plan Mart shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of information furnished by the Client. Client shall provide prompt notice to Builders Plan Mart of any errors, omissions or inconsistencies in such information provided.

The Client agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Builders Plan Marts total liability to the Client for any and all injuries, claims, losses, expenses, damages or claim expenses arising from any cause or causes shall not exceed Builders Plan Marts fees for the blueprints. Such causes include, but are not limited to, Builders Plan Mart negligence, errors, omissions, strict liability, breach of contract, or breach of warranty.
