House Plans Pricing

Pricing is based upon square footage of the house plan:

up to 2000 sq ft	Single-use	$400.00
	Multi-use	$700.00
2001+ sq ft	Single-use	20c/sqft
	Multi-use	(20c/sqft) +$300.00
All Plans with a *	Single-use	22c/sqft

The air conditioned square footage is calculated to the outside of the brick and stud walls. Garage and bonus room square footage is excluded.

House Plan Modifications

Floorplans will not be modified by Builders Plan Mart.

Some house plans might be modified by the designer for an extra fee. Please contact us with with the house plan number, and modifications required and we will let you know if modifications are possible.

While all rights to the original design are fully retained by Builders Plan Mart, the user and their agents, are fully responsible for supporting the design in its revised form.
