Residential Builders Set

Each Builders Plan Mart "Residential Builders Set" includes the following:

• Four Elevations at 1/4" to 1" scale.
• Floor Plans at 1/4" to 1" scale.
• No less than one building cross-section through the entire structure.
• Roof plan.
• One typical wall section showing the construction of the wall with the roof, foundation, and floors.
• Layout of electrical outlets, switches, and fixtures.

Some plans include door and window schedules, some plans have door and window sizes noted on floor plan.
